A deposit of 100% of the total cost of
your first nights stay will be required when booking,the
remaining balance paid on arrival
All deposits are non refundable
No reduction whatsoever is made for
failure to arrive,meals not taken and
departure earlier than booked
We ask guests to allow access for rooms
to be cleaned on a daily basis
Rooms are available from 2pm on day of
arrival and we ask guests to vacate their
rooms by 10am on day of departure
Stays of one night only in July/Aug & Bank
holidays will carry a supplement of £5 per room per night
Single occupancy of double/twin rooms bring a supplement
of room rate less £15pp per night
Chidren aged 6-11yrs are charged £10 each per
night.Children aged 12-14yrs will charged £12.50 each per night
Children aged 15yrs and over are charged at adult rate
